Our limited production enables us to use painstaking manual wine-growing, harvesting, wine making and ageing techniques, with facilities and equipment designed by us to match our quality-oriented oenological standards.

Wines are aged in oak barrels that are never over 3 years of age, depending on the characteristics of each variety.

Bottling is done without filtering or stabilising the wines. The ageing process is completed with bottle storage for long periods of from 2 to 4 years.

Our large-capacity cellars enable us to store our limited production until the appropriate moment to ensure optimum drinking pleasure.
